Refund policy

At Ezio & Co, we're dedicated to delivering high-quality eyewear that aligns with your expectations for comfort and affordability. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your needs, and we're here to make the return process as smooth as possible.

We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:
Email us at info@ezioandco.online. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Please note that items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a defective or incorrect item. Please note that delays due to customs clearance are not considered valid reasons for a return.

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong color/size, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a voucher code for the return process. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange your product for a different size or model, please indicate this when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer care team immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to our fast order processing, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is processed. Shipping begins immediately after your order is placed, and once a shipping confirmation with tracking information is sent, no changes can be made.
